Ingredients

(3) Phillips Yellowfin Tuna 6 oz. portions OR (2) Phillips Yellowfin Tuna 8 oz. portions
1/4 C soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 oz. toasted white sesame seeds
1 oz. toasted black sesame seeds
Wasabi and pickled ginger for garnish

Cooking Instructions
  • Heat pan to medium-high heat.
  • Cut tuna into 2-4 oz. portions.
  • Place sushi in a bowl and cover with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • Mix black and white sesame seeds together.
  • Remove tuna from soy sauce mixture and coat the sides with sesame seeds.
  • Place in pan and sear to desired doneness, 1-2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Garnish with wasabi and ginger and serve.
