1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
dash or two cayenne pepper
salt & pepper, to taste
1 1/2 ribs celery, diced
1/4 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. parsley, freshly chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
