1 lb. Phillips Lobster Meat
2 tsp. fennel seeds
4 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, diced
1 large fennel bulb, sliced (save fronds for garnish)
1 head garlic, minced
2 cups dry white wine
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup pasta water
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
16 oz. gnocchi
