Ingredients

8 oz. Phillips Claw Crab Meat
8 oz. Phillips Special Crab Meat
3 limes
½ white onion, chopped
1½ cups fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 seedless cucumber, diced
3 Serrano peppers, finely chopped (optional)
salt, to taste
1 Tbsp. ketchup
½ cup of Clamato, Kermato or V8 juice

Cooking Instructions
  • In a large bowl, blend the claw and special crab meat gently.
  • Add the juice of two limes, onion, cilantro, tomatoes, cucumber and Serrano peppers. Add salt to taste.
  • Whisk together the ketchup, clamato and the juice of the third lime, then pour over the crab mixture and toss gently to combine. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Serve with tostadas or crackers.
