Ingredients

8 oz. Philips Lump Crab Meat
8 eggs, whisked
2 cups of milk
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 bag of hashbrowns
2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cooking Instructions
  • Combine eggs, milk, 2 cups of cheese, onion & hashbrowns in a glass baking dish, then mix in the crab meat throughout.
  • Sprinkle the top with the remaining half cup of cheese, then add on the crumbled bacon.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
