Made from our own original Phillips Seafood Restaurants recipe, Phillips Cream of Crab Soup is a thick-bodied soup coveted for its distinct creamy base and blend of delicate blue swimming crab meat, sherry, onions, celery and authentic seafood seasonings.
Cook from Thawed:
1. Thaw in bag for 12-14 hours under refrigeration.
2. Cook on stove top kettle until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
3. Do not boil.
