Now, the company has added three new varieties to the lineup, flash-frozen to lock in the flavor and ready to serve in just minutes for a quick and delicious appetizer or light meal.

Seafood Cioppino

Seafood Cioppino combines clams, octopus, squid, shrimp and crab claws in a robust tomato base loaded with mouthwatering flavor. Our version of the traditional San Francisco seafood stew is rich with potatoes, carrots, onions and celery seasoned with cilantro, chili pepper, garlic and parsley. Serve with crusty French bread for a classic catch-of-the-day experience in the comfort of your kitchen.

Red Curry Seafood Soup

Red Curry Seafood Soup combines sweet, nutty coconut milk with the spicy heat of red curry paste and a dash of savory fish sauce. Loaded with plump shrimp, clams, crab claws, octopus and squid accented by galangal, lemongrass, garlic and lime leaves, every spoonful delivers aromatic bursts of Thai-inspired flavor. We add hearty carrots, mushrooms and onions to make this an ideal meal for one, or try serving over jasmine rice with fresh lime, cilantro and basil for a filling and flavorful entrée.

Manhattan Clam Chowder

Manhattan Clam Chowder is our warm and comforting version of the Long Island classic, rich with the briny flavor of gourmet hand-shucked sea clams in a hearty tomato broth. Each bowl is packed with russet potatoes, onions, celery, carrots and green peppers accented by bacon and a dash of hot sauce. Savory clam juice combined with tomatoes creates a light, refreshing base while garlic, parsley, celery seeds, and thyme add robust, full-bodied flavor.

Available in (12) ten-ounce individual bowls per case, the soups carry a two-year frozen shelf life from the date of production and and are produced at Phillips’s facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The new varieties join Phillips’ core range of classic seafood soups: Cream of Crab, Maryland Style Crab Soup, New England Clam Chowder and Lobster Bisque.
