Phillips Lobster Cakes Awarded Special Prize for Convenience at the 2024 Seafood Excellence Global Awards

The annual Seafood Excellence Global Awards recognizes the best seafood products represented at the Seafood Expo Global, held from April 23-25 in Barcelona, Spain. This year’s grand prize and special prize winners were chosen from a competitive field of 40 finalists hailing from 15 countries. The Seafood Excellence Global finalists were judged on taste and overall eating experience, packaging, marketability, convenience, nutritional value and innovation. 

The award-winning Phillips Signature Lobster Cakes are packed with premium, wild-caught North Atlantic lobster meat in a traditional base of breadcrumbs, creamy mayonnaise and tangy Worcestershire sauce with zesty lemon, Dijon mustard and seafood seasoning. The handcrafted Lobster Cakes cook quickly from thawed or frozen and are designed to work with a variety of menu applications and budgets.

Phillips exhibited an extensive line of premium seafood products at Stand 1F700 at the Seafood Expo Global, including a full range of pasteurized crab and lobster meat, crab and seafood cakes, appetizers, soups, sauces and seasonings.
