1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place thawed lobster cakes on greased baking pan.
3. Bake for 8 minutes, flip, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Lobster cakes are finished when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bake from Frozen:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen lobster cakes on greased baking pan.
3. Bake for 14 minutes, flip, bake for an additional 4-6 minutes.

Pan Fry:
1. Pan fry over medium heat in oil for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
