Phillips Roasted Chili Calamari is made with premium squid wild-caught in Southeast Asia, using a recipe developed by our chefs and perfected in our seafood restaurants. We coat tender rings, tentacles and caps in a light batter of roasted chili breadcrumbs for a hint of heat. Our calamari saves time and labor in busy kitchens – deep fries quickly from frozen with minimal prep required. The perfect accent to any seafood combination plate, our calamari also shines as a stand-alone appetizer – or top a fresh salad for extra flavor and crunch!
Fry from Frozen:
1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
2. Place calamari in fryer and cook for 75 seconds or until golden brown.
3. Calamari are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
