16 oz. Phillips Special Crab Meat
1/3 cup medium taco sauce (or hot if you like)
2 Serrano peppers – seeded and chopped fine
2/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped small
6 flour tortillas (8 inch or larger)
3 cups jalapeno jack cheese, or regular jack cheese
2 tsp. grape seed oil or olive oil

Cooking Instructions
  • Stir together Phillips Special Crab Meat, taco sauce, Serrano peppers and red bell pepper.
  • Evenly distribute crab mixture on each 1/2 side of each tortilla.
  • Top with evenly distributed grated cheese.
  • Press down, melt butter and oil together and fry on a medium low skillet or a large griddle, turning a few times to check “meltyness”, browning and heating through (approximately 5 to 7 minutes).
  • Note: You can tent foil or a lid over the top to speed up cooking.
